Kilkenny Irish Cream Ale

Kilkenny Irish Cream Ale (4.3%): an amber ale from Ireland. This brew has many avid fans, why? Because it's cool to drink Irish beer? It's from the makers of the famous Guinness? Or maybe it's the ball inside the can? Anyways I had to try it.

  • Pours a weird green/beige liquid.
  • Smells nothing.
  • Flavor is almost non-existent, I detect a tiny bit of nuts and caramel.
  • No aftertaste.
  • Refreshing water!
  • No buzz, at 4.3% that's not very surprising.
  • Can is boring at best.

Verdict: not a bad brew, just too watery.
