Blanche de Chambly

Blanche de Chambly (5%): a white ale from Canada. This is a wheat beer from Unibroue, the famous Chambly,Quebec brewery; hence the name.

  • Pours a nice troubled dark yellow liquid.
  • Smells really citrusy.
  • Flavor is quite acid with hints of lemon and lime.
  • The aftertaste is slightly spicy (mostly orange peel and coriander flavors).
  • Buzz is slight but agreeable.
  • Unibroue bottles/labels are always cool!

Very: a very solid white. Recommended.
